学英语，最重要的就是要学会用英语来思维。
1. 语法与口语（spoken English）的不同：很多口语中的表达并不完成符合英语语法的表述；
2. 学习口语的目标：心口如一；
3. 两个基本概念
语言：必须与文化结合在一起；
个性：personality,口语需要有个性；positive; negative.
4. 三个步骤：
（1）Open your mouth and challenge your personality;
（2）Better the quality of your conversation and practise more skills; Howdo you define; how to explain;
（3）Develop your thoughts with native speakers and become more international;
eg: I am not on your mind!
5. 四个台阶：
（1）English corner
（2）Tourist place
（3）University campus
（4）Business region

What is a university?
The university actually is a kind of organization where.....
What is a visa?
Visa is a kind of permission. A permission issued by a foreign embassy. This is something that will give you the right to enter into another country.
What is a Majiang?
Majiang is a kind of game. It is a traditional Chinese game, then usually it requires four players and it has more than a hundred tiles, and it is a very popular game in China.
What is the job interview?
Job interview is a kind of process. because actually you need to send out your resume and maybe wait for a phone call and then you come to the company and people will give you a meeting or maybe a test. The company wanna know if you are qualified for such a job.

Dialogue1:
A: Hey, there's LEO. I wonder why he's walking arm in arm with that young woman.
B: It's as plain as the nose on your face. They're dating each other.
A: You're pulling my leg! She must be thirty years younger than LEO. Talk about robbing the cradle!
B: Well, you can bet this relationship's going to be a flash in the pan.
A: It must have been love at first sight because I know he didn't have a girlfriend last week.
B: I think you are absolutely right. My father proposed to my mother after knowing her only two
weeks. They got married a month later.

Dialogue2:
A: You must be pretty excited about your trip to Europe. When is it that you are leaving?
B: In just three weeks, and I am excited. But there are still a few things I need to do before I go.
A: Like what?
B: Like renewing my passport, going to the travel agency(Travel agency is a kind of business. It provides service to travelling) to buy plane ticked and figuring out what to do with my apartment while I'm gone.
A: You are not going to give it up, are you?
B: No way. I'll never find another apartment around here. But I don't like the idea of paying three months' rent on an empty apartment, either.
A: I don't blame you. Perhaps you could sublet it.
B: Yes, but whom to?
A: Mmm...let me think. Oh, I konw just a person. An old colleague of mine. Jim Thomas, is coming here to do some research this summer, from June to August.
B:


Dialogue3:
A: Ben, what are you doing?
B: Well, I would say that I'm just drifting-----here, in the pool.
A: Why?
B: Well, it's very comfortable just to drift here.
A: Have you thought about graduate school?
B: No.
A: Would you mind telling me then-What were those four years of college for? What was the point of all that hard work?
B: You got me.
A: Now listen, Ben. Look,I think it's a very good thing that a young man-after he's done some very good work-should have a chance to relax and enjoy himself, and lie around, and drink beer and so on. but after a few weeks I believe that person would want to take some stock in himeself and his situation and start to think about getting off his ass.

(2)Do you speak English?/Do you wanna talk with me?
任何语言都要基于现在处的情况的理解:
（1）Weather is a saft talk, and age/politics/religions/abortion(堕胎）/ gays/lesbians are no. Travelling, pets, sports, NBA, and so on.
（2）something is due=something needs to be handed in.
